I am always publishing Mexican Vegetarian Recipes, but I don’t always label them as “vegetarian” or “meatless.” I decided to gather up some of my meat-free dishes and some from other Mexican food bloggers.
My goal is to continue to add more Mexican Vegetarian Recipes to this blog post. Another thing to note: almost all of these recipes are authentic Mexican recipes.
