    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons)
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (9.5 oz)
    • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup canned black beans rinsed and drained
    • 1 cup canned corn rinsed and drained
    • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
    • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

    Instructions

    • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.
    • Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. About 7 to 10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
    • Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
    • Mix until well combined, then simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
