This Valentine’s Day is especially exciting for me. I’m getting married one week after Valentine’s Day. We’re busy attending to last minute details, and this is the first year in a LONG, LONG time that I am not celebrating the day of Valentine’s. On top of that, my son is with us, and it is kind of hard to be romantic with a 7-year-old running around. We have decided to celebrate the next day when we are alone. Besides, who likes a crowded, over-priced restaurant? Definitely not me.

    Berry Mint Gin

We are planning a quiet dinner at home. I can’t tell you what I’m making because that would ruin the surprise for my fiancé. All he knows is that I am making him something wonderful and tasty and delicious. What I can tell you is what we are drinking.

Berries are great in cocktail! Also try Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita

Berry Mint Gin, Bluecoat gin, berries and mint

This Berry Mint Gin cocktail is tops! I love the flavor of mint in my cocktails. It adds a freshness to drinks that I really like. Also, I am not a fan of overly sweet drinks. Girlie drinks are not for me, but this Berry Mint Gin is still sweet enough for anyone to enjoy.
