    👩🏼‍🍳 Step by Step Instructions

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and bacon. Stir until smooth and well blended.
    • Spoon the cheesy filling into the mushroom caps, making sure each one is generously stuffed.
Four images show: biscuit dough balls on a wooden board, dough balls arranged in an air fryer basket, a hand brushing them with butter, and the finished golden-brown biscuits in the air fryer.
    • Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer with space between them.
    • Lightly brush with olive oil or spray with cooking spray for a golden finish.
    • Air fry at 350°F for 12–14 minutes, until the tops are golden and bubbly.
    • Garnish with fresh chopped chives (optional) and serve warm.

    ⏰ Baking Instructions

The air fryer works great for making peanut butter banana roll ups or this dried mango recipe with chili. If you don’t have one, you can also bake them. Line a sheet pan and bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes for smaller mushrooms.

    🔥 Reheating Instructions

To reheat, place the mushrooms back in the air fryer at 325°F for 4–5 minutes until warmed through. This will keep them tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. You can also reheat them in the microwave, but the texture will be softer.

    🫙 Storing Instructions

Store any leftover Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Be sure to let them cool completely before storing.

    🙋🏻‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

    Can I use different cheeses?

Yes! Mozzarella, cheddar, or any cheese that melts well.

Can I make these ahead of time?

Absolutely. You can prepare the mushrooms, stuff them, and refrigerate them a few hours before cooking. Just pop them in the air fryer when you’re ready to serve.

    Can I make them vegetarian?

Of course! Simply leave out the bacon or replace it with sautéed spinach or finely chopped veggies.
