    🍌 Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make these easy Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups:

    • flour tortillas
    • creamy peanut butter
    • bananas
    • ½ cup chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons sugar + 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (mixed together)

    Optional Add-Ins:

    • Mini marshmallows for a gooey center
    • A drizzle of honey for extra sweetness
    • Swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower butter for allergy-friendly options
Four images show steps to make a tortilla roll-up: spreading peanut butter on a tortilla, adding banana slices, sprinkling chocolate chips, and rolling up the tortilla. Peanut butter and chocolate chips are in bowls nearby.

    👩🏼‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Prep the Tortillas:
Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter on each tortilla, stopping about ⅛ inch from the edges.
    • Add the Banana:
Place a banana in the center of each tortilla. You can leave the banana whole or cut it in half and slice it lengthwise to make rolling easier. Trim the banana to fit, if needed.
    • Add Chocolate Chips and Roll:
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the banana. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana and chocolate, keeping everything secure inside.

    • Air Fry the Roll Ups:
Place the roll ups in an air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for 3 minutes, or until lightly golden and warm inside.
    • Top and Serve:
Once cooked, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with your cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm and enjoy every gooey, crunchy bite!

    🙋🏻‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I use a different kind of tortilla?

Yes! Whole wheat, low-carb, or even gluten-free tortillas work well. Just make sure they’re soft enough to roll easily.

What if I don’t have an air fryer?

No problem! Bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 6–8 minutes, or until the outside is lightly crisp.

Can I make these ahead of time?

It’s best to eat them fresh, but you can prep the roll ups and keep them in the fridge for a few hours. Just air fry or bake before serving.

    Are these kid-friendly?

Absolutely! The mix of peanut butter, banana, and chocolate is a kid favorite. Try serving them alongside Mexican Fruit Cups or a Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie.
