These Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are filled with cream cheese, herbs, and bacon for the perfect party appetizer! Easy to make and always a hit.

  • Add the cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and chopped bacon to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom cups.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add the mushrooms in one layer, leaving some space between each.
  • Brush the stuffed mushrooms with a little olive oil, or spray them lightly with cooking spray.
  • Air fry at 350F for 12-14 minutes, until browned on the tops.
  • Garnish with some fresh chopped chives, if desired.

Notes

Storing Instructions: Store any leftover Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Be sure to let them cool completely before storing.
Reheating Instructions: To reheat, place the mushrooms back in the air fryer at 325°F for 4–5 minutes until warmed through. This will keep them tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. You can also reheat them in the microwave, but the texture will be softer.
Can I use different cheeses?
Yes! Mozzarella, cheddar, or any cheese that melts well. 
Can I make these ahead of time?
Absolutely. You can prepare the mushrooms, stuff them, and refrigerate them a few hours before cooking. Just pop them in the air fryer when you’re ready to serve.
