    ⛄️ Ingredients

    • Gingerbread cookies
    • Cream cheese
    • White chocolate
    • Coconut flakes
    • Red icing
    • Dark chocolate
    • Gummy candies (optional)
Four photos show: mixing crumbly ingredients in a bowl, forming the mixture into balls, stacking balls on sticks, and decorated snowman-shaped cake pops coated in white chocolate on a plate.

    👩🏼‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Add the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs and cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
    • Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
    • Shape the mixture into two different-sized balls, then thread one small ball and one larger ball onto wooden skewers to create the snowman shape.
    • Place the skewers in the freezer for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
    • Dip each snowman into melted white chocolate, coating them completely.
    • Use dark chocolate to draw eyes and buttons, and add a small dot of red icing for the nose.
    • If you’d like, tie a gummy candy around the “neck” as a scarf.
    • Finish by sprinkling the snowmen with coconut flakes to give them a snowy look.

    🫙 Storing Instructions

Keep the Snowman Truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 4–5 days. For the best texture, serve them chilled so the chocolate coating stays firm.

    🙋🏻‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! These truffles hold up very well in the fridge, so you can easily prepare them a day or two before serving.

Can I use another type of cookie?

Absolutely. If you don’t have gingerbread cookies, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, or sugar cookies will also work.

What if I don’t have wooden skewers?

You can make the truffles without them—just shape the small and large balls and stack them once the chocolate is set.

Can I freeze the finished truffles?

Yes, but the decorations may lose their detail after thawing. Freeze before decorating for best results.
