Snowman Truffles
Ingredients
- 8 oz Gingerbread cookies (substitute with: graham crackers or vanilla wafers)
- 4 oz Cream cheese softened
- 10 oz White chocolate
- ⅓ cup Coconut flakes
- Red icing
- 1 tablespoon Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Add crushed cookie crumbs and cream cheese to a bowl.

- Each skewer should have 2 balls – one smaller and one larger.
