    👩🏼‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
    • Add the white melting chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
    • Dip an Oreo about three-quarters of the way into the white chocolate, gently twisting to coat evenly.
    • Place the dipped Oreo on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top while the chocolate is still wet.
    • Repeat with half of the Oreos using the white chocolate.
    • Melt the dark chocolate the same way, then dip the remaining Oreos and place them on the baking sheet.
    • Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the chocolate is fully set.

    🫙 Storing Instructions

Store Peppermint Oreos in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If your kitchen runs warm, you can store them in the refrigerator to keep the chocolate firm. Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.

    🙋🏻‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I use only one type of chocolate?

Yes, you can use all white chocolate or all dark chocolate if you prefer. Both work great with the peppermint topping.

How do I crush peppermint candies easily?

Place them in a sealable plastic bag and gently crush with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.

Can I make these ahead of time?

Absolutely. These cookies are perfect for making a day or two in advance and storing until ready to serve.
