Peppermint Oreos

Peppermint Oreos are an easy no-bake treat made with chocolate-dipped Oreos and crushed peppermint candy. Perfect for parties and gifting.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white melting chocolate wafers
  • 1 cup dark melting chocolate wafers
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip one Oreo about ¾ of the way into the white chocolate, twisting to coat all sides.
  • Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  • Repeat with another 7 Oreos, dipping each one in white chocolate and topping with peppermint.
  • Repeat the process with the dark chocolate and the remaining 8 Oreos.
  • Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes so the chocolate can set faster. 
Storing Instructions: Store Peppermint Oreos in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If your kitchen runs warm, you can store them in the refrigerator to keep the chocolate firm. Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
