Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups

Air fryer Peanut Butter Banana Roll Ups are the ultimate easy snack! Crispy on the outside, melty in the middle, and so fun to make with kids. Great for lunchboxes or after school!

  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Place a tablespoon of peanut butter on the tortilla, spreading until about ⅛” from the edges.
  • Place the banana down in the middle of the tortilla.
  • Cut the banana to fit the tortilla.
  • (You can either cut the banana in half and then slice in half lengthwise or leave the banana whole).
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and roll tightly.
  • Place in an air fryer basket, set it at 350° for 3 minutes.
  • Remove and top with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Can I use a different kind of tortilla?
Yes! Whole wheat, low-carb, or even gluten-free tortillas work well. Just make sure they’re soft enough to roll easily.
What if I don’t have an air fryer?
No problem! Bake them in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 6–8 minutes, or until the outside is lightly crisp.
Can I make these ahead of time?
It’s best to eat them fresh, but you can prep the roll ups and keep them in the fridge for a few hours. Just air fry or bake before serving.
