I could kiss the man or woman who invented the slow cooker. There’s something about walking into your house after a long day, and TA-DA! Food is ready. The house smells amazing, and you have very little to do to get food on the table. The best part is that you take all the credit for a dinner that took minimal effort. I know, I know… not all slow cooker meals are easy peasy, but this one is! These Slow Cooker Beef Sliders involve few ingredients, few steps, and are lick-yo-fingers good.

That’s why these Slow Cooker Beef Sliders are a no brainer. 5 ingredients, and done! They are great for weeknight meals, but you might consider entertaining with them. Little work in the kitchen means more fun with your guests. Even the clean up is easy especially if you use a slow cooker liner.

I usually take out the bread from my burgers and eat the fries. I see it as a good trade off or somehow balancing my carbs. I get my burger fix and also get to eat some fries too. These Slow Cooker Beef Sliders are miniature, itty bitty bites of goodness that I can enjoy without feeling like a big, fat cow. I’ll leave that for the holiday parties and cookie exchanges. 🙂 I usually only eat ONE of these Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sliders, and that’s plenty for me. Hello, leftovers! You also have to make this meal healthy, right? Add a handful of store bought salad to each plate. Heat up some frozen french fries, and the meal is complete.
Served with this yummy horchata recipe!
