Lately, I’ve been making smoothies for me and my family. They’re easy to make. I can even prep them ahead of time, stick them in the freezer, and pull them out as I need them. Out of all my smoothies, my Little Red loves his Pineapple Banana Smoothie. It’s important for me as his mamá to send him to school with a strong, healthy breakfast that includes milk. That’s why I love mis licuados, my smoothies.

Protein at breakfast can help you stay fuller longer so you’re more likely to stick to your healthy eating routine. For only 80 calories, one 8oz. glass of fat free milk provides the same 8 grams of protein as whole milk or low fat milk!
