Lately, I’ve been making smoothies for me and my family. They’re easy to make. I can even prep them ahead of time, stick them in the freezer, and pull them out as I need them. Out of all my smoothies, my Little Red loves his Pineapple Banana Smoothie. It’s important for me as his mamá to send him to school with a strong, healthy breakfast that includes milk. That’s why I love mis licuados, my smoothies.
Protein at breakfast can help you stay fuller longer so you’re more likely to stick to your healthy eating routine.
