Pork tamales is my favorite! My grandmother used to make them often. I did try making them myself but I just could not make it turn out as good as she made hers. Empanadas are another favorite! It is a versatile recipe and we can use whatever filling we like!

I wouldn’t mind trying the chocolate drink. My brother-in-law’s wife is Mexican and they have these huge tamale making parties during the holiday season. It’s like an assembly line. It’s a blast.
