I was a single mom for 5+ years, cooking something yummy and fast is the way I roll. Let’s be honest here, we all have our shortcuts when it comes to cooking. For the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies, I used a cake box mix. It’s the Holidays, and I can use all the help I can get.
Just mix everything together and DONE in 10-15 minutes. Easy, right? It’s a no-brainer. Then bribe the kids into helping you clean the kitchen with cookies. 🙂
I LOVE baking with my Little Red especially when it’s raining outside. It doesn’t happen often in San Diego, but it does every so often. We will turn on the music and argue as to who is going to lick the bowl. He always does, of course. Then, we watch a movie with a big plate of cookies and milk. YUM!
The best part of the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies is that they are not too peanut buttery. You can truly enjoy the chocolate from the Nestle Toll House DelightFulls. Happy Baking!
Looks and sounds #DelightFulls but I would prefer hot cocoa over milk. 🙂
Hot cocoa or champurado. YUM!
