Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
Season with cumin, oregano, cayenne (if using), chili powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
With tongs, turn the shrimp.
Add the peppers, onion, and garlic.
Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
Turn heat off and squeeze the lime juice all over the shrimp and peppers.
Stir to combine.
Serve with tortillas, salsa, and enjoy!
