Mexican Fruit Cups are made of fresh fruit drizzled with lime juice and sprinkled with Tajin. Tart, tangy, and bursting with flavor. They are a healthy snack perfect for kids and adults too.

- ½ watermelon
- ½ cantaloupe
- 2 cucumbers
- ½ jicama
- ½ pineapple
- 3 limes
- ½ cup Tajin (or more, if desired)
- Chamoy (optional)
Cut the fruit into long spears.
Discard the peels.
Place a few spears of each of the fruit into 4 separate cups.
Drizzle each cup with lime.
Sprinkle with Tajin.
Drizzle with chamoy, if using.
Serve and enjoy.
You can also add mango, coconut, or japanese peanuts.
Use only fresh fruit. Frozen fruit is too mushy.
