In a large mixing bowl, place the ground beef, crackers, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
Mix well until the meat mixture is well combined. (Do not overmix)
Divide the meat into equal parts. About 6 big balls, or 12 small balls.
Then press the meat down into even disk patties.
Place the patties on wax paper.
To create an even form, you can press down each patty with a smash press (as in picture).
Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium heat. (Approximately 375-400 degrees F.)

For thick patties: Grill or fry the patties for 4 ½ to 5 minutes per side, for medium well.
For thin patties: Cook on the griddle for 4 minutes per side, for medium well.
One minute before removing from the heat, place a slice of cheese on the patty to melt.
Once cooked, place the hamburger patties on a baking dish and cover with foil.
Slice the hotdogs in half. Cook them for 2 minutes on each side.
Place the ham slices on the grill/ griddle and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Toast the buns. 1 minute on each side.
