- 2 cups mango (ripe, chopped)
- 1 lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup mango juice
- ¼ cup fresh mango cut into small chunks for topping optional
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ cup chamoy sauce
- 3 teaspoon Tajin
Pour 2 tablespoon of chamoy to one small plate and 2 teaspoon tajin into another plate.
Rim your glass with chamoy and dip in the tajin until the rim is coated completely.
To a blender, add the chopped ripe mango, sugar, mango juice, lime juice and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and slushie/smoothie consistency.
Place a tablespoon of fresh diced mango and a drizzle of chamoy into your glass.
Then add the frozen mango mixture.
Finish by adding small chunks of mango and a sprinkle of Tajin or chamoy.
Mango juice is also called mango nectar.
To use frozen mango, thaw slightly before blending.
2 (12-ounce) mangoes will make about 2 cups of fruit.
