Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Can I use corn kernels instead?
Yes, use 1 ½ cups of corn kernels instead of corn on the cob. If using frozen, thaw before using.
Can I use frozen corn instead of fresh?
Yes! Just thaw it first. Boil it the same way in the butter bath.
What if I don’t have hot honey?
You can make your own by mixing regular honey with red chili flakes and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Taste and adjust according to your liking.
Is this dish spicy?
It has a mild kick from the hot honey, but it’s more sweet than spicy. You can adjust the heat level to your taste.
