Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cactus chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy!

Use fresh ingredients. You will lose some of the nutrients if you use canned pineapple or jarred cactus. 
If you are not used to cactus, add more pineapple and orange juice.
