How to choose ripe mangoes
It’s all about the squeeze test. A ripe mango should give a little to the touch. That indicates it’s ready to eat or blend.
How do you use frozen mangoes?
Yes! These are a great option for when the fresh fruit is out of season. Thaw them overnight in the fridge. Frozen mangoes will release more liquid when you blend them so you may have to adjust the amount of water that you use.
