Strawberries Sweetened condensed milk Plain yogurt
Rinse the fresh strawberries and cut off the tops. Remove the stems and dice into very small pieces. Add them to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Save some for the final steps.
In a large bowl, mix the creamy yogurt mixture with the strawberry puree. For a dairy-free option, replace yogurt with plant-based yogurt or coconut milk.
Add the strawberry mixture to each popsicle mold. Fill each mold, leaving enough room for the stick. Place the stick in the mold.
Finally, add the strawberry pieces that were set aside and freeze until solid.
You can also add a bit of finely chopped strawberries to the popsicle molds before pouring the blended mixture. This adds a wonderful texture and burst of flavor in every bite.
