Salpicón de Pollo


Cooked Chicken breasts Jalapeño Cilantro Tomato Onions Lettuce Avocado Lime juice White distilled vinegar Olive oil Whole dried oregano Salt


Mix the Olive Oil, lime juice, oregano, and salt. Set aside until ready to use. Be sure to whisk well right before pouring over the rest of the ingredients.

Make the vinaigrette


Shred the cooked chicken breast and chop all the ingredients. Place everything in a large bowl.

Mix everything and place it in the refrigerator.

Add the vinaigrette


Place the sliced avocado right before you’re ready to serve. You can serve it on top of a tostada or chips.
