Artichokes can drained Roasted garlic Caramelized onions Greek yogurt Goat cheese Grainy mustard Dash of oregano Lemon juice Salt Pepper

Roast the garlic in the broiler or in the oven until soft.

Mix everything

In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until completely combined.
