Creamy Chicken


Olive Oil Chicken thighs Salt and Pepper Butter Onion Sliced mushrooms Garlic Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon Heavy whipping cream or crema mexicana Chipotle peppers in adobo

Season and sear the chicken


Start by adding salt and pepper to the chicken. Then sear it on both sides in a skillet on medium-high heat. Remove the chicken, it will not be fully cooked. It'll finish cooking later.

Make the sauce


Adjust to medium-low heat. Melt butter, add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add and cook the chicken


Add the cream, chipotle, chicken bouillon and mix well. Then return the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir everything to combine. Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
