Pineapple Water Sugar
Cut off the leaves and rough sides, then cut to remove the center core, and discard it. Dice the remaining pineapple into smaller pieces.
Add the fruit to the blender with some sugar. Don’t add too much sugar, or you will end up with something overly sweet.
Once it’s all blended, you end up with a thick consistency. Strain the mixture.
Add the strained mixture to a large pitcher along with the water, and taste for sugar. Pour the agua fresca and enjoy!
