All to the blender!

Place the fruit, lime juice, and sugar inside a blender, then blend until smooth. Once it’s done blending, taste it and adjust sweetness.

Fill the popsicle molds

Fill the popsicle molds, then add the stick, and freeze for up to 4 hours.

Unmold

When you’re ready to unmold, run the popsicle under the faucet water for 1 minute, it should come out easily. Be careful NOT to run it over the stick end.

Enjoy your paleta

Try drizzling with chamoy or sprinkle with Tajin for a spicy touch. They are perfect for warm summer days.
