Olive oil Pinto beans drained Ground beef Onion diced Tomatoes diced Green pepper diced Jalapeño diced Knorr Caldo con sabor de Res bouillon cube Garlic diced Cumin Paprika Dried thyme Water Laurel leaves Salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, tomato, green pepper, a pinch of salt and pepper, and jalapeño. Stir constantly, and add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink.
Add pinto beans, tomato and pepper mixture, garlic, cumin, paprika, thyme, Knorr bouillon, water, and laurel leaves. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Top with cilantro and cheese, if using, and serve with tortillas. Hope you enjoy it!
