Mexican Picadillo

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil Ground beef Salt Pepper Ground cumin Onion Jalapeño Diced tomato Garlic Poblano pepper Beef bouillon Water Tomato sauce Potatoes Chopped Cilantro

Add salt, pepper, and ground cumin to the beef and cook. Then drain any excess fat.

Cook the meat

Add the diced jalapeños, onion, and tomato to the meat, mix and cook for 1 minute.

Dice the onion and jalapeño

Add the garlic, poblano pepper, beef bouillon, water, and tomato sauce. Mix well. Cover and bring to a simmer

Add the remaining ingredients

Serve your Mexican Picadillo with yummy Mexican rice, a dozen tortillas or as a topping for a tostada.
