Olive oil Ground beef Salt Pepper Ground cumin Onion Jalapeño Diced tomato Garlic Poblano pepper Beef bouillon Water Tomato sauce Potatoes Chopped Cilantro
Add salt, pepper, and ground cumin to the beef and cook. Then drain any excess fat.
Add the diced jalapeños, onion, and tomato to the meat, mix and cook for 1 minute.
Add the garlic, poblano pepper, beef bouillon, water, and tomato sauce. Mix well. Cover and bring to a simmer
