Flan

INGREDIENTS

Sugar Eggs Whole milk or half and half Vanilla Grated orange grind

Put the eggs in a large bowl and whisk the eggs together.

Add vanilla extract and the orange zest with the milk. Pour the egg mixture into the caramel-coated pan and bake.

Once it’s out of the oven, place it on a cooling rack.

Let the pan cool slightly

Cover with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Chill for al least 3 hours

Run a knife around the edge of the pan, place a large serving plate over the pan and flip it.

Unmold the flan
