Break the pork rinds into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside until use.
Heat up the oil and add the salsa verde. Cook and reduce the temperature to medium heat. Then, add the pork rinds and jalapeño.
Mix everything together. Add the water or chicken broth. Lastly, add the cilantro. Once the chicharrones are soft, the dish is ready to serve.
