Mangonada

INGREDIENTS

– Ripe mangoes – Lime juice – Ice – Mango juice – Fresh mango cut into small chunks for topping (optional) – Sugar – Chamoy sauce – Tajin

First, pour chamoy onto a small plate. Next, place tajin on another plate. Then, rim glasses with chamoy as adhesive for tajin.

Coat your glass rim with chamoy, then dip it in tajin until fully covered. Set aside while making mango mixture.

Combine chopped mango, sugar, mango juice, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and slushie-like.

Add diced mango and chamoy to the glass, then pour in the frozen mango mixture. Not to be confused with Mango Agua Fresca.

Add mango chunks and sprinkle Tajin or more chamoy. Serve immediately and enjoy! For adults, add tequila or vodka.
