Jalapeño Salsa


Jalapeños Apple cider vinegar Granulated sugar Garlic powder (or granules) Ground turmeric (optional) Peppercorns


Heat olive oil in a big pan. Cook whole jalapeños till skins blister. Remove pan. Sauté sliced onions and garlic for a minute. Chop jalapeños however you like. Easy!

Slice the jalapeños


Pop jalapeños, onions, garlic, and cilantro into a blender. Toss in a pinch of salt and white vinegar. Blend till smooth. Taste, adjust salt, and serve once cool.

Blend until smooth


Throw in some sour cream or Mexican crema for an extra creamy kick. Get creative and toss in cherry tomatoes or serrano chiles to play around with flavors and heat. Have fun experimenting!
