Prepare the beef strips


For best results, rinse the beef strips. Pat dry well with paper towels.

Season the beef strips


Season the fajita meat with cumin, oregano, cayenne (if using), chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything to combine. Make sure the beef is coated well.

Cook the beef fajitas


In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the seasoned sliced beef and cook. Add the peppers, onion, and garlic, then cook until the peppers are soft. Turn the heat off and squeeze lime juice all over the beef and peppers.
