Form patties, season with salt, cumin, and garlic powder. Mix seasoning into patties or season pre-formed ones. Makes 8 thin or 6 thick patties.
Heat grill to 400°F. Cook patties seasoned side down, close lid. Season other side. Add cheese after flipping. Skip seasoning if mixed in.
