Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
Sear the chops on both sides. About 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside. Add the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño to the skillet and cook.
Once the tomato mixture starts to thicken up. Add the water. Stir to combine and bring to simmer.
Return the pork to the skillet. Cover and cook until pork is fully cooked.
