In a large dish, add chicken strips, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, cayenne, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and place in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
Slice the onion, garlic and onion. Set them aside until use.
