Cantaloupe Ice Sugar Water
Cut open the cantaloupe, and remove and discard the seeds and peel. Then, dice the fleshly part of the fruit.
Add the diced cantaloupe and sugar to a blender, and blend until smooth. You can also leave this step until the very end when you’re adding the water.
The consistency of the blended cantaloupe sugar mixture is thick. Pour the mixture through a strainer using the back of a cooking spoon.
Add the cantaloupe mixture and water in a large pitcher, stir it to combine and taste for good measure. Add ice, serve and enjoy!
