Birria Ramen


Water Guajillo chiles Ancho chiles Garlic cloves Oregano Thyme Cloves Cinnamon stick Beef bouillon Bay leaves Chuck roast Salt and pepper Olive oil

Make the birria sauce


Rehydrate the chiles, then, add them with the  spices into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook the meat


Sear the meat, and place it in a slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the meat and cook until fork tender.



Open up the ramen container and ladle the consommé broth over the dried ramen. Then, add the chopped-up birria. Cover and let sit until noodles are soft.
