Take your knife and cut. Invert the fruit and cut along the skin to create dices. Set this aside and continue chopping.
And set this aside until you’re ready to use it. Be careful when dicing, whatever you do, don’t touch your eyes, mouth, or little babies.
I like to squeeze lime juice and leave the avocado for the last step, so it won’t brown up as quickly.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix everything. Taste for salt before adding to the serving bowl and add more if needed.
