Shrimp Lime juice Salt Cucumber Red onion Serrano peppers Cilantro

Remove the shells and discard. Butterfly open the shrimp by slicing down the middle.

Slice and open the shrimp

Drizzle with lime juice and place the shrimp in the fridge.

Add Lime juice

To a blender, add lime juice, cilantro, and serrano peppers and blend until smooth.

Make aguachile green sauce

Take the shrimp out from the refrigerator. Turn so the bottom sides of the shrimp interact with the lime juice.

Turn the shrimp

Pour the green sauce over the shrimp. Add cucumber and red onions. Mix to combine.
