Ripe bananas Evaporated milk Sweetened condensed milk Ground cinnamon Vanilla extract Water
Start by placing the bananas, Evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk in the blender.
Cinnamon is one of those ingredients that I’m hardly ever without. A little goes a long way.
Pure vanilla extract will give to your drink an amazing flavor. You can also do without, but personally, I love it.
See the color? It’s almost a yellowish brown. When you add the water, it will get whiter.
Add the banana mixture from the blender to the water and stir. Taste for good measure. If it’s too sweet, add more water.
Remember that if you are serving it with ice cubes, they will melt and dilute the Agua de Plátano, or Banana Agua Fresca. Enjoy!
