  • Sprinkle in some of the edible sparkle dust.
  • Fill the rest of the flute with the champagne or sparkling wine.
  • Top with more edible dust to your liking and enjoy.

Notes

What type of champagne works best?
A Brut or dry sparkling wine balances the sweetness of the honey and Triple Sec nicely.
Can I make this without honey?
Yes, maraschino cherry juice works well as an alternative for rimming the glass.
Is edible gold dust safe to use?
As long as it’s labeled edible, it’s completely safe and made specifically for food and drinks.
Can I make this for a crowd?
Absolutely. Rim multiple glasses in advance and assemble each cocktail right before serving.
