  • In a cocktail shared, add a slice of jalapeno (or 2 slices for spicier) and a few chunks of fresh mango.
  • Muddle well.
  • Add ice, tequila, lime juice, mango juice to the shaker
  • Shake well until the shaker is chilled.
  • Pour into prepared glass.
  • Add more ice, if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh mango, a slice of jalapeño, and lime wedge.

Notes

Instead of Tajin, you can use sugar or salt.

How to Make a Pitcher:

Let’s say you get ten glasses of 10-ounce servings per pitcher. Use 2 cups of silver tequila, 1 ¼ cup mango juice, ⅔ cup orange liqueur, and 1 sliced jalapeno. Muddle the jalapeno with some of the mango juice. Pour the jalapeno mixture into pitcher along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir and serve into prepared glasses with ice.
