Ground pork Dried ancho chile Dried guajillo chile Dried chile de arbol Coriander seeds Cumin seeds Dried oregano Peppercorns Cloves Anise seeds Whole cinnamon Garlic powder Ground annatto Chipotle powder Salt Apple cider vinegar


In a large bowl, combine the toasted ground spices with the pork and vinegar. Add salt if needed. Cook your chorizo for other Mexican recipes.
