Tomatoes Onion Garlic Salt Water

Make the tomato sauce


Boil the tomatoes, onion and garlic in a large pot until soft. Place in a blender and blend until smooth. Set the tomato sauce aside until ready to use.

Cook the ground turkey


Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, then season and cook until brown.

Add the tomato sauce


Add onion, garlic, jalapeño, and potatoes to the cooked turkey. Then add the tomato sauce and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
