Tuna Balls in Salsa Verde

INGREDIENTS

Tuna in water drained Breadcrumbs Garlic Jalapeño Egg Cilantro Onion Salt and Pepper Non-stick spray Salsa Verde

Make the tuna balls

Combine tuna, breadcrumbs, jalapeño, egg, cilantro, onion, salt and pepper. Form into balls.

Add them to a baking sheet

Preheat oven 400 degrees F, add the tuna balls to the baking sheet and bake. Then, transfer meatballs to a large skillet, add salsa verde, and cook.

In this recipe, I don’t fry or bread the tuna balls. They go in the oven on a baking sheet and done in no time. You can buy your baking sheet online (Affiliate)
