I’m using thinly sliced pork chops. Swap out for thinly sliced pork loin or pork shoulder.

Fire up the gas grill to 400-425 degrees F. Cook on each side until it is no longer pink.
Set the cooked pork aside. Cover until ready to chop into small pieces on a cutting board.
