Salsa Morita

Place the morita chile into a stock pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Turn heat off. Let sit in the pot for 5 minutes.

Place the tomatoes, onion, and garlic on a sheet pan. Broil until they get soft, juicy with brown skin.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
