Piña Colada Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

– Pineapple (cleaned and diced) – Coconut milk – White sugar – Vanilla extract – Ice

Blend pineapple and ice until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, use more ice; for a thinner one, use fewer cubes.

Mix coconut milk and sugar in a bowl. Add to pineapple smoothie and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Make the creamy mixture

Fill glass halfway with pineapple smoothie. Top with fresh pineapple and mint. For adults, add rum, vodka, or tequila.

Serve

Add fresh pineapple pieces and optionally, a mint stick for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy.
